Bought as a workaround for a "feature " of the macOS software
macOS does not allow simultaneous use of the 3.5mm output jack and internal speakers. In fact, you can't even switch between them. If the 3.5mm jack detects a connection, the internal speakers will be disabled. This small USB sound card is perfect for my needs. This solves the problem caused by macOS.
