This product works as it should. But it doesn't work with scales. I bought this to get my itchy, dry scalp under control and it will work, but I have to alternate MITCH and medicated shampoo if I use medicated shampoo one day and Mitchen the next. The smell is good and the density is good but not great as I think it's a bit thick. So overall it does a good job of keeping hair soft and preventing scalp dryness but since it only does that and I have to switch between two different shampoos I gave it three stars. But I would recommend this shampoo to people who don't have dandruff problems and if you get it for dandruff just know you need to use a different shampoo with it to help. However, this shampoo bottle packs a good amount of product for the price. Most commonly used shampoos cost more than most are willing to pay. But the price is not bad for a student's budget. The bottle also lasts longer for people with shorter hair. If you use a lot of shampoo, you can buy a cheaper shampoo to save money.
