Review on ATP JX 177 16 Line Splice by Tommy Penn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

WORKS GREAT - NO LEAKS - NO PROBLEMS - OVER A YEAR.

Several times over the last few years I have felt that my money was well spent. I had a break (high side) in the AC power line on my 2003 Infiniti FX 45. The break was due to friction on the frame near the driver's side inner fender cutout. It was affordable enough that I figured I could erase it with a T 1000 aluminum soldering stick (incredible stuff). Unfortunately, the wall of the aluminum conduit was too thin to work properly. Replacing the line would mean removing the entire dash and a host of other nightmares that I just couldn't care less about. None of the local auto parts stores (Palmdale, CA) had anything that I thought would work. So I went to my trusty Revain.com and found this connection of lines. I followed the instructions carefully, installed this unit and in less than an hour my AC system was backed up and fully charged. It's been working great for almost a year now with absolutely zero issues of any kind. I thought this fix might have been temporary, but it worked so well I have absolutely no desire to mess with it. If you have problems with the high pressure line, the space to work, and following the instructions literally, I think you will be as happy with the result as I am. For $20 depending on your particular application, this might save you like so many nightmares have saved me. Good luck with your repair - I think you are looking for the perfect solution with this part.
