Review on 🔴 Pentek 151122 OR-100 Buna-N O-ring: Perfect Replacement for Big Black Housings by Phil Casey

As mentioned by other reviewers these rings come folded in half. When you loosen the loop, they remain twisted and do not lie flat in the body canal. Also, they're a bit too long (big) for the channel in the Big Blue filter housing, and no amount of convincing will get them to lie flat in the channel long enough for silicone grease to be applied and installed. I threw them in the trash and got scammed out of my money. I had the OEM replacement ring that came with the Big Blue, it's also a bit thinner than this one and fits perfectly. Now I don't know what to do next time I need a replacement as they are marked as an official part and are stupid and useless. I will look for another provider.
