The platform is very easy to use, and it allows you to create multiple campaigns with different audiences. I like how you can send emails in bulk without having to manually send each one out. It's also great for sending out newsletters to your subscribers. I dislike that you have to pay for each campaign. I wish there was an option to just pay once per month or something. It would be nice if you could set up recurring payments. I'm solving this problem by sending out newsletters to my subscriber list. This has been a huge time saver.
