The unit itself appears to be well put together. But it runs on battery and there is no mention of a low battery warning in the literature. The manual that came with the device is translated into English, I believe from Chinese. It's very difficult to understand. The displayed value only increases to 9999, then starts again at 0. There is a cumulative value that goes up to 99999, which I don't think has come to that yet. There is a very confusing part of checking accuracy and using a factor to adjust accuracy. My difficulty is figuring out how to test the accuracy of the device. Bought to measure the accuracy of other instruments and calculations. And now I'm not sure I can trust him. I have to admit that the price is very good, but it will take some effort to understand and verify the accuracy.
