Great for beginners

When these first arrived I wasn't sure what to do with the molds but I found a few recipes for truffles and various pralines to use them with. I washed them before use and found that they pop out much easier when I sprayed them lightly. What I did after spraying them was wait until there were no more bubbles because if you don't you will have gaps in the chocolate. I found that they can be thrown in the dishwasher or hand washed. The tips came with a chart showing what each one does, and while I'm still perfecting the use of some of them, the chart actually explains how to use each tip to create every design I try to create. The bread pan is my absolute favorite. Now I have baked 4 different types of bread and no matter which one I have baked, the loaves just fall out as soon as I put them upside down. Not to mention that this bread pan is really strong. I have to put this on the baking sheet because it falls through my wire racks that I have, but once it gets on the baking sheet it doesn't collapse. Even with sliced fruit in the batter, this pan still stands. This set contains everything you need to start baking. Since I have free time, I use this set quite often.
