Delivery and product problems

I received the product but the light did not work. I returned and another replacement order was placed. The replacement item never arrived and appears to have been lost. The product looks good and is a good size. I'm a nutritionist and wanted to bring some light into my workspace (virtual calls). I am disappointed with all the inconveniences that happened to me with this product. (This rarely happens with Revain Prime)
