Review on ☕️ Bialetti Venus Induction 4 Cup Stainless Steel Espresso Coffee Maker - Superior Performance for Induction Cooktops by Matthew Fleming

*** See attached photos for comparison of Revain One and store bought *** I was going to love this pot but the design is just bad. Stainless steel inside and out, but inside is an open jagged edge for rust to ooze out and into the coffee. I was horrified to find this out after following the directions to the letter and brewing a few extra cups to clean it up. I wiped most of the rust off to see if that would help, but the exposed metal edge still lets rust through. You can see in my photos where the rust is covering the ring and also where it has come loose on my rag. It also smelled like rust. I bought another model, which is basically the same, just bigger, from my local grocery store and the quality varied greatly. The inside is actually coated with a substance (to prevent rusting I believe). Also, the edges aren't torn like rusty ones, so they can't get soaked from contact with water. I don't know if it's fake, bad design or something else but I'm very disappointed. It shouldn't be for sale. Soaking up rust in coffee is not without its dangers and certainly much more than a design flaw. I will send it back immediately.
