In general I am satisfied with the box. There were two bent parts. The parts are well packaged so I'm not entirely sure how they got damaged. Bending them back wasn't a big deal in my case and you would never know something was damaged if you hadn't seen the photos first. I would say it's a big box. I've never had anything like this, I knew it was going to be big, but I had nothing to do with experience, so I was a little shocked. If you're using this for a home network, you might be fine with smaller devices, unless of course you have a lot of mounting hardware. I'm not sure how well it will hold up. I'm a little worried about the overall weight and how it's going to increase. Hope the bracket holds up. I didn't take a photo of the bracket, but the rack only has one bracket support. Another strength is the construction. There are no cross braces. I foresee a possible curvature of the frame. The time will show. I will update once I have it mounted.
