The color is good, the material is velvet, as written. The material is quite thin and will never withstand the stress of any size in everyday life. My daughter chose this for school and knew right away it wasn't going to work. Literally the easiest backpack ever. Just one big pocket and one small one on the front. She has to carry all her school stuff with her all day, including her Chromebook. (Thanks COVID) Let's talk the back switch! And to top it all off, the zippers stick out as if they were glued on. I believe they will break with any effort to open one. I'm not sure he'll last a day with all that weight! Luckily I needed a very basic backpack to carry a few light items for hiking. Normally I wouldn't pay more than £20 for such a basic backpack, but I'm busy and don't have a headache when I come back.
