I bought this bag (including a 2 liter mini bag with clip) because I saw them on Prime Day and the price was too good to pass up. It came just before I left for a 6 day fishing trip in North West Canada. It turned out that my camera, binoculars, spare clothes, snacks and gear were always dry and protected throughout the trip. He has been in rough conditions and exposed to a lot of sea water as we jumped 3-5 foot sea waves on our Crestliner boats. My DSLR and binoculars just lay spread out in the bag and weren't damaged by any of the bumps (and there were a lot of big bumps). There was also rain that could not penetrate. The shoulder straps were great and made it easy to carry (I'm used to traditional dry bags with roll tops and buckles). Each shoulder strap also had a D-clip which was great for attaching water bottles and other gear I wanted to keep handy. There is a small outside zip pocket which is useful for small flat items and the zip was enough to keep everything dry. A small inside pocket with a zip is also useful for storing small items. The 2 liter mini bag is traditional with a folding clip. It takes up very little space but is great for storing my phone: I strapped it to my waders when fly fishing so I could quickly pull it out and snap a photo or video, and then quickly stow it away safe and sound. The final benefit was that it made a great carry-on bag for my plane trips. While it's not high fashion, it looked pretty good and contained a whole lot of stuff. The only downside was an unnecessary hip belt which I buckled to the front of the bag to keep the hanging straps out of the way. They aren't needed as the bag isn't really big enough to carry a heavy enough load and you could benefit a lot from carrying support. There's also a chest strap, which is entirely unnecessary, but it comes with an emergency whistle attached, which is nice, although if you need an emergency whistle you should probably get your own as the one supplied is mediocre at best. Overall I was very impressed with this purchase. Highly recommended.
