This dash mount I found was the solution to my mounting problems. Initially, I had a suction cup mount that attached to the windshield. I wanted to improve my view of the road and the solution I found was this mount. I have a leather/plastic dashboard and was concerned it wouldn't stick. However, so far it works very well on my 2013 Dodge Dart Limited. The holder's suction cup has a slightly sticky base and a thin plastic protective film that needs to be removed prior to installation to ensure proper adhesion. On other parts you will find several thin protective films to protect the surface during shipping. While it may not fully swivel in all directions, it has a significant number of angles to suit almost any installation.
