He holds it tight until it suddenly broke off – after which the return window closed.

Probably the best phone holder in your car! And I loved him until he suddenly broke down. Without warning, the phone simply fell off with the magnet/base piece and the ball stayed in the socket. So it broke out of its mount where it should have been permanently attached. Bought 8/8/18, broke 11/1/18. The return window closed on 09/07/18. What now? I can't even remove the base from the dashboard. The suction cup is damn strong. Big. Not sure if the manufacturer will fix this, update if they do.

THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED

I bought it for myself then for my sister. I attach pictures. The problem is that they never stick. I have a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. I had to move the holder to the right because there is a protrusion in the rudder torpedo area. BUT it works fine. Oh my god I can't believe how well my phone just snaps onto a magnet. This does not block the vent. I bought an air shock. You don't stay. I hit potholes etc, never moved. As you can see on the dash I had one that was practically melted and couldn't…

Solution for mounting without a windscreen

This dash mount I found was the solution to my mounting problems. Initially, I had a suction cup mount that attached to the windshield. I wanted to improve my view of the road and the solution I found was this mount. I have a leather/plastic dashboard and was concerned it wouldn't stick. However, so far it works very well on my 2013 Dodge Dart Limited. Piece of junk - don't be fooled

I've read conflicting reviews on this product. The negative reviews revealed an unpleasant drawback - the suction cup does NOT work when you need to move it. I wasn't quite sure where to put it, so I tried several spots before removing the protective film. The problem is that it's almost impossible to keep it AND the phone where you want it. Probably the best phone holder I've ever had.

I ride Share platforms and have struggled to find a mount that works well for it. It gets hot in the summer so the vent mounts don't work properly as the phone then blocks almost all vents facing the driver and/or the left side of the rear seat. I tried the CD mount. It was terrible. It bounced and vibrated like crazy. This vibrates a bit depending on the road surface, but is quite stable overall. ***UPDATE TO UPDATE*** Went to Bestrix for warranty repair and voila in less than 24 hours over the weekend they had a brand new unit to ship to me. So I have to give them credit for turning around so quickly, especially over the 3 day bank holiday weekend. Wow, can't complain, so 4 stars again.
