They sent me empty cartridges!
Cartridges have been sealed in an official Brother plastic packaging and in an official Brother cardboard box. When I opened the first one I noticed the orange seal was missing but I assumed it was in the plastic bag and installed the cartridge. The printer did not recognize it. I accidentally put the old one back in, but no, they sent me THREE unfilled black cartridges in a perfectly sealed box. I will request a refund.
