Suitable for old Time ATAC boots.
No real complaints. I would have preferred something less shiny but they work well and are very quick to put on and take off. The tread is also higher than the spikes, so the spikes don't touch the floor in the house. I use them for mountain biking and apart from a few hill climbs I don't feel much exertion from them yet.
Pros
- It was the widest shoe I could find but still too narrow for a wide foot. I don't know durability yet.
Cons
- Can be too heavy resulting in slower pedaling
