I like that you can send out more than one newsletter at once without having it be counted as multiple subscriptions.

It's easy enough for someone who has never used this software before but there are some features they could make easier for people with less technical skills (like myself). For example, when adding new subscribers, sometimes an error message pops up saying "there was a problem" or something along those lines even though everything looks correct in your account settings page. This makes me think maybe my computer messed things up somehow so if anyone else had any problems after trying their first time using Csaaware please let us know! Sending mass emails to our entire congregation of about 1,000 members every month.
