Not done right.
I don't know how I ended up with an ill-fitting jacket. I ordered 2 different sizes expecting the jacket to please but both turned out to be defective. The seams in the shoulder area were wrong. It was very difficult to find a size 2T or 3T for my little 2 year old. When I finally put them on him, they were "too tight" and the sleeves were too long.
