Decent bread pans

I bought these for my bakery business so let me tell you why I snapped a few stars. 4/5 overall because they don't evenly cook my product. The top is super cooked and the bottom is a wet pale mess. I also feel like they could be a bit more durable, but they're not bad. I also wish they had made them with a lid! The lids make them perfect.
