Very poor quality and still disappointed after they sent a replacement cap.

I originally ordered this duvet cover on December 26, 2017 and received it on December 29, 2017. I ordered a gray king size duvet. I read the full description and many reviews about it and realized that it is microfiber. I figured with bad reviews for spots and bad reviews for people who don't understand what they are actually buying, for $25 I'd see for myself as overall people seemed pretty happy. I wasn't expecting much so figured I couldn't be too disappointed. When it was originally delivered, I immediately took it out of the packaging. I didn't do a thorough inspection, but I didn't immediately notice stains, discoloration, or major imperfections. I put it in the washing machine on the gentle cycle without washing. I was disappointed when I took it out of the dryer. The button was almost lost, there were a lot of loose seams that wouldn't last long, the seam had already started to unravel, and there were no ties in the corners. I wasn't as disappointed as some, but I wasn't happy with the quality. I decided to put it on my bed over the duvet and give it a try, knowing I had a little time before it needed to be returned. I kept telling myself it was only $25 and hoping it would be a few months before I found a better quality option that I was happy with. On January 1st, 2018 I received an automated email saying I am happy with this deal. If for any reason this is not the case, we would appreciate it if you would give us an opportunity to address your concerns before leaving any feedback by replying directly to this email." Upon further consideration I emailed them emailed them on Jan 4th , 2018. I informed them of the issues with the cover.The next day I received another letter from them.They apologized and said it sounded like I had a defective item dated Manufacturers received and offered to replace the item or I could send the case back I decided to give them the option to replace the product hoping the first one I received was just defective I also put off my review in case they can send me one that doesn't have a defect.Today 13th January 2018 I received the second cover.When I opened it it was the same packaging as the first cover but me notice immediately noticed that the gray was a completely different shade than the first cover I received. I was hoping that meant the second cover would be of better quality. I washed it again and then when it was dry I started pulling the cover over the comforter. This one was a little better. There were 4 cheap corner tapes, the color was better and the buttons sewn on better. But the hem has many obvious flaws. The buttons and buttonholes don't match and I'm not even sure they'll survive a second wash. I'm still very disappointed even at $25. I sent them another email this afternoon but haven't received a response from them yet. I ended up trying to get one that isn't defective and I plan on returning it for a refund. I was planning on giving this cover 1 star but figured since customer service was trying to get it right I'd give them 2 stars. I am very disappointed in the quality of both duvet covers. The only situation I would recommend this bedspread is if you are a college student or someone on a very steady income who doesn't care about quality, needs some kind of duvet cover and has no other options. Save money and buy something else.
