This week I tried using two of these and found it almost impossible to compress them to allow the liquid to mix with the chemical around the pack I'm pretty strong and I've never had any of these, won't get any easier to use These things suck and I've tried about 6 (six) of these since they arrived and they're useless I sure won't Will buy again and I'm considering claiming my money back for the remaining pack that I haven't used yet DO NOT BUY THESE HEAT PACKS!
