Review on DREAM PAIRS Ksnow Isulated Waterproof Boys' Shoes for Boots by Richard Alemayehu

These adorable boots were received on January 11, 2019. My daughter loved these boots! The colors are beautiful, they look great and most importantly they keep your feet warm and dry. Since receiving them, my daughter has worn them about 5-8 times in a month. So why such a low rating and a bad review? February 11th, exactly 1 month after receipt, on our doorstep - an adjustable elastic strap at the top, as the seller said "very handy for children", simply snapped onto one of the boots. The refund window closed on February 10, 2019, so there is no option for a return. Our daughter states that without the adjustable elastic the boots feel loose and now don't want to wear them. I think this may have been an accidental occurrence but it's certainly disappointing that this happened with almost new boots. For us it was a waste of money.
