These shoes are really darker than the picture, although they are still very nice. Both white and black laces are suitable for them. The only problem is that they are of poor quality. When I got them I started wearing them a little more (about 4 days a week) and within 2-2.5 weeks the rubber closest to the canvas started to peel off a little and on the heel getting a little damaged. The canvas was also badly crumpled just below the laces. I doubt these will last very long. If you're looking for more frequent wear, don't buy them. Wear them every now and then.
