Love Soap No Packaging

A few years ago I got a couple sample packs of Method dishwashing liquid and fell in love with the basil variety when I discovered these 6 packs were available on subscription and save, I jumped on it. I have a strange reaction to soap. Dawn dries my hands really hard, Palmolive makes me itchy like a bottle of poison ivy, but Method is perfect. Doesn't dry, itch or leave hands sticky, slippery or slimy. That's great, but what's even better is that he actually does my dishes. It handles grease well, plastic utensils don't feel weird (don't be too harsh, I have 6 kids who break a lot of glass plates), and basil makes my whole kitchen smell great. I have no complaints about soap. Bottle? It might require some work. The pump likes to collect dried soap at the end and if I'm not careful it will squirt soap all over the kitchen (or onto my shirt) if I'm just trying to wet the sponge and it can hurt a little around the last ones too Get 10 pumps or so out of the bottle. I always have to pick it up, twist the pump and tilt the bottle to try and line up the straw with the last piece to get it out. In addition, lids sometimes leak during transport. My last order had a leaking bottle and it was packed in a box with other stuff so I got boxes of jelly beans and cupcakes that were covered in washing up liquid which isn't a big deal as they are individually wrapped but it could be an issue be if they were shipped with things that aren't.

Pros
  • Dishwashing Liquid
Cons
  • Big and Bulky
