tool is accurate and well built. I complain that the manufacturer is so proud of their markings that they stuck them on with permanent glue. And I mean PERMANENTLY. I've tried goo-gone, paint thinner, and denatured alcohol. The only thing I've found that comes close to removing the label is 3M Commercial Adhesive Remover, which also removes anti-rust paint. You may be wondering why are you removing the label in the first place? Yes, because it completely obscures the measurement markings on more than half of one leg of the square. it is used to measure things. There's a good reason why label printers offer removable and semi-removable adhesives. This is a Johnson Tool rookie mistake worthy of a cheap fake at best.
