The security system was fine until the cameras broke. I bought this system on July 19, 2020. On October 13, one unit lost its paint and on October 19, two more were out of service. I spoke to Susan at "Customer Service". She had me run tests ranging from swapping cameras, restarting devices, deleting cameras, to sending screenshots of the display. You might think I was a contender. Each test inevitably confirmed with screenshots that the three devices were actually defective. None of them will show color even at midday. Since the devices were still under warranty, I simply asked them to replace the defective ones. She said she would contact her manager and text me the next day. That was over a month ago. No callbacks or messages via Snapchat like she requested (think that should have alerted me?). The phone just rings and the guarantee is an unfulfilled promise. I am paying for a ThonTon security system with defective units. If you decide to buy TonTon, remember you have been warned.
