I loved this timer as I needed an extra one in the kitchen with the upcoming holiday baking. Unfortunately, mine arrived in a non-working condition. It comes with two AAA batteries and when they didn't work I tried using my own batteries but the screen still wouldn't turn on. I probably just received a bad one or one damaged in transit. Still a bit disappointing as I had high hopes for the versatility of this timer. I was particularly looking forward to the vibration function so as not to wake up the kids with my baked goods!
