love it, it has a remote control and i don't have to connect my phone to it! He mops which is nice because my shark doesn't and I have 2 dogs and chickens so my floor needs to be cleaned frequently. I infused antibacterial liquid to really clean the floors and it worked great! I really liked the delete circles feature which was fun to look at. The filter is very easy to clean and keeps a lot of dog hair and dirt in the bin. He didn't get stuck on anything and collected more things than I expected. Picked up a labrador retriever's coat perfectly which I was so happy about! However, if you use it to clean the carpet, you will need to remove the pad. Overall I really love this item and am very happy, no complaints. Well I mean I like it. Weird when you turn it on it says something like "Glad to serve you Master" or something like that lol. It's very easy to use, saves me time and I'm very happy with it.
