Works as I wanted but it arrived with a dead battery. Apparently, like many other cheap digital meters, the battery drains heavily even when the device is explicitly turned off. They included a replaceable battery, but I would have been better off if it came without a battery or with a tab on the battery that prevents the battery from being drained during shipping and is shown prior to purchase.
