So VERY happy! The best in the kitchen and dining room

I'm so happy with this new 2.5 gallon dispenser! I've been filtering all my drinking and cooking water with ZeroWater for years, and this dispenser has many features that offer tremendous advantages over plastic jugs or countertop dispensers. It's well built - I'm very happy to have a GLASS dispenser, sturdy stand and stainless steel lid. Aside from being a lot more functional, it also looks a lot prettier on the counter! The biggest benefit is 2.5 gallons of water! (Actually, more because you can fill the tank with water that can be filtered while the water is drawing in from the dispenser.) But I also like the ability to dispense water, as it filters the water out of the tankโ€”no more waiting. And you no longer need to pick up a heavy pitcher to pour - I just turn on the faucet! The only issue I had was that the tank sits so tight on the dispenser that it creates a vapor lock and slows the flow of water out of the nozzle, but this was very easy to fix with a tiny piece of paper towel that was folded and placed in between became the edge of the pool. and the glass rim of the dispenser to release the suction. Voila! Quick Giveaway Restored! (You can also use a small piece of one of the old silicone seals from a used filter cartridge - DO NOT use metal or hard objects - remember the dispenser is GLASS!) UPDATE: As for the vapor lock and slow release - push just down on the reservoir. to one side and that releases the suction. Nothing needs to be placed between the tank and dispenser.
