Buy cable clamps!

It was great to know that the sink is made of glass! Like many others who have purchased this, we encountered a design flaw. Because the filter bowl fits snugly against the sink, there is no airflow to ensure good water pressure through the nozzle. You will get a trickle. Before purchasing the recommended spigot (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013FWX4HA/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_46), purchase a plastic riser tube to place under the filter bowl. I used cable clamps (thick side out) with nails pulled

A few technical omissions.

2 Items: 1. The faucet hole in the glass is high enough to allow 1/4 to 1/2 gallon of water to remain unused at all times. 2. No air leakage. The vacuum effect of the empty space above the waterline slows the flow of water to a trickle. I like the look of this item which is real glass and metal (except for the spigot). Also very happy with the amount of water it holds, about 2.5 gallons. Good thing you don't have to refill as often. Most Zero Water products come with instructions, read them…

TOXIC PLASTIC ODOR

Has anyone else who bought this unit noticed a strong toxic odor coming from the white plastic filter housing? When I lift it out of the glass jar, the plastic smell just rises and hits me hard. It can't be good. And the water flowing out of the faucet also smells like the same pungent odor of epoxy plastic. Supposedly made of glass and stainless steel, ordering this high-end filter is all about avoiding chemicals, and yet here we are. It's like a joke. All other plastic zero water filter jugs…

So VERY happy! The best in the kitchen and dining room

I'm so happy with this new 2.5 gallon dispenser! I've been filtering all my drinking and cooking water with ZeroWater for years, and this dispenser has many features that offer tremendous advantages over plastic jugs or countertop dispensers. It's well built - I'm very happy to have a GLASS dispenser, sturdy stand and stainless steel lid. Aside from being a lot more functional, it also looks a lot prettier on the counter! The biggest benefit is 2.5 gallons of water! (Actually, more because you…

A as in Effort, C- as in Result

UPDATE 11/20/17: Potential DANGER. After using this water dispenser for 3 months, I noticed small metal splinters in my water glasses. . Trust me it's silver paint coming from inside / destruction of the metal plastic tube. Instruct users to keep an eye out for moving metal fragments (which neither float nor sink to the bottom) after the water has been poured. I don't see anything in the dispenser, but after pouring it into a clean glass, there are fragments. (See attached photos and videos.) I

I did the same as you, bought and regretted. (Bacterial contamination?!)

The review attached below describes almost verbatim what happened to me. The only exception is that I had no problems with the delivery - it came quickly. We've been using the product for a little over a week and yes, the filter already seems to be exhausted. Not only that, it smells and tastes really, really awful! All I can conclude is that it looks like some of these filters have been contaminated in some way and after a few uses the water will lead to bacterial growth which is gross and…

Good idea, bad design

At first glance this ZeroWater water dispenser looked exactly what I wanted, but when I received it I was disappointed with the poor design. First there was an issue with the glass which had large air bubbles. This is a clear sign of poor quality control. On the other hand, the glass has a good thickness, so it shouldn't break easily. The main reason I bought this water filter/tank was to have more affordable clean drinking water that does NOT bathe the water in any kind of toxic plastic. When…

All the previously raised complaints/issues were resolved for us.

I've always liked Zerowater products, but I've always stopped using the jugs because I kept filling and maintaining them and they never kept up with our consumption. That thing is the bomb! We fill it up once a day and have perfect water everywhere. And there's no blame for the carbon footprint associated with producing bottled water. I read the reviews before purchasing and heeded the warnings of others who had issues. Here's how we set up ours to fix these issues: 1. Order an Oak Leaf…
