Overall I am happy with this purchase. I bought these to save my love piercing as it has healed from the reaction of the metal. I decided to go away from metal altogether by cutting the pins off my cheap earrings and attaching them to these plastic pins with the E6000. The metal pins must be filed as deep as possible so that they hold well and the earrings do not protrude too far from the ear. As other reviewers have noted, the seat backs have a tendency to fall off. I've switched to tighter backs for sleeping, but during the day they're usually fine and quite comfortable. The pins are very sharp and unusually long, but can easily be trimmed down to about 1/8 inch with scissors for a comfortable fit.
