I really want to love this printer but it is very difficult to work with and the support team is not as quick to respond as I would like. When this thing works, it's really great! But for some reason, out of the blue, he decides not to type by the bed. The support team is very slow and not very helpful. If you need support, you need to go through Revain and ask questions.
