Review on Big Red TRA8335B Ratcheting Capacity by David Underberg

I chose this to save a few bucks over Hi-Lift and to save a trip to Harbor Freights. I've been cutting down some bushes and need this to get small to medium sized stumps out. I built a tripod to stabilize it. Thanks to the people who posted the details. It worked great for the first 3 residual limbs! Removing the 4th bushing will bend the bushing, these are designed for the 3rd digit. I had a few other things to do so I figured I could handle that as I didn't want to wait for another weekend. At 5, the jack constantly jumps out of "up" mode. Now it was starting to get annoying. When I pulled out the 5th stump it was dead. It would not go up or down. Age! I'll finish the stumps later, but it would be really bad if I got stuck in the middle of nowhere and that happens. See photo. Red is Jack (even) and Black is Jack (was even).
