For less than $100 you can get a fully functional Android head unit. It's like a tablet with car radio capabilities. Navigation has downloadable maps. Ease of installation. Good screen response time. The rear camera is impressive. The GUI is also customizable via the Google Play Store. I definitely recommend it. The screen is also super bright regardless of the sunlight from any angle.
