I did not regret the purchase, everything is fine.

You need to try such things for yourself, then it will become clear whether it suits you or not. over the years I have tried many different mixtures and even settled on one well-known American brand, now everything is compared with it. This mixture is accepted by my body worse, gives a small side effect. it’s hard to say about recovery after training. you need to take it for a long time, but it doesn’t seem to be “chalk” and the muscles recover like after other good proteins.

Pros

beautiful jar, pleasant taste, preliminarily a good mixture of effects.

Pros below: tasty, well absorbed, well stirred, perfect consistency. Different cons: Few flavors in the package 4.56 (quickly get bored). EXPENSIVE!
