I loved this waterless shampoo when I couldn't wash my hair properly. I followed the directions and the product applied easily and foamed a bit, which surprised me. The smell is pleasant, clean, if too sharp for my taste. When it dried my hair was rough and soft - no better than before washing. It felt like it left a lot of marks in my hair and my hair smelled strongly of the product as well. However, after washing it out of my hair, it was clean and well styled, which is why I give the product three stars. For my purposes, this isn't what I was looking for, so I probably won't be able to use it.
