Review on Car Net Pocket Handbag Holder: Convenient Purse Organizer for Between Seats by Jim Shirodkar

Revainrating 4 out of 5

That's what I expected and it's nice.

In general, this is what I expected based on the description. The straps fit in my place and hold without insane tension. It's strong enough for lighter loads, but won't interfere with a backseat passenger's knees. When driving alone, I hang my supplies from hooks that hang from the passenger seat headrest. When I have passengers I have to swing the hook back and sometimes things fall into the legroom. I was considering getting a stretch mesh or mesh bag, but I needed a wider/deeper holster that I could use with just one hand. It looked low enough, with a decent leading edge and no tight gaps to lose things in. It fits snugly enough between the seats of my Mazda 3 and clips snugly enough under the console lower cover. The elastic band is thin enough not to block its opening and the Velcro is long enough for a grip but short enough to fully fit the console's inner size. Pooh! The wider, open-bottom design means that unlike pocket/binder-style organizers, it's easy to see and find when I put random items inside, even against a black background. The part of the bag itself is more durable than the mesh, just enough that I didn't over tighten it. Sometimes I need two hands to slide the bag onto the holder's edge as the bag has to slide sideways and then pivot. At this point it fits well and I have easy access to it. I can still open the top tray of the console. I could make the leading edge stiffer if I don't figure out how to load it one handed with practice. I haven't tried reclining just a front seat with the bracket installed, but if that becomes an issue, the headrest mount snaps in and out easily. As long as I'm happy with it.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
