Inadequate Shielding Leads to Unacceptable Performance
The NTN bearing I bought failed to withstand even moderate use. While the bearing has a clearance design which made it easy to fit in my project, the lack of proper shielding ended up damaging the internal structure of the bearing within weeks of installation. Overall, I cannot recommend this product for any industrial and scientific applications due to its poor performance..
