I wear tennis shoes, aka sneakers, about 364 days out of 365. I love the comfort in both the heel and arch. And I don't like new tennis shoes - no matter how comfortable they are after a few weeks, the first few days they are tight in the heel and never feel wide enough. These Doctor Scholls are an exception - I honestly forgot they were new the first day I put them on. I would look at my feet and say to myself – oh yes! New shoes! They are comfortable when you first try them on and for many days afterwards. And they look way more expensive than they are. They don't scream "special leg guy" or anything - they look classy and comfortable. A complaint? They are quite slippery at first. I have marble floors in the entryway and right out of the box I wasn't clinging to those floors. I had to wear them a little and rub them a little for this novelty to wear off.
