The best thing about this software is that it allows you to do so many things for your organization without having to hire someone specifically for each task. I wish there were more options available when adding new members to an account but overall everything works great! Sometimes some of the features are confusing or outdated which can be frustrating if you're not familiar with them yet. We use a lot of different programs at work though we only have one person who uses genoya exclusively. It has made our life easier because now all tasks related to payroll processing can easily be done from within the program itself instead of going through multiple emails back-and-forth between employees and other departments.
