Maybe my hearing isn't what it used to be, so for my ears, and my money this is just as good as the Littman Cardiology model I used to use, but is more like the Classic Littman. ADC makes good products, they've been around as long as I can remember, and their BP cuffs are usually worth their higher cost because they last longer in my experience.If you leave your scope hanging around your neck most of the day, this is a good length, and it's a better length for patient and provider comfort. Surely there are better scopes acoustically and can be used comfortably at length, but unless your a cardiologist or pulmonologist or triage nurse, I don't see any benefit.
