Good Meat Thermometer
I'm usually the guy who just tosses a steak on the grill and guesses when it's done. I usually get sent back to put it back on the grill because it's too rare. I've tried meat thermometers but they weren't very good indicators. Maybe I don't know how to use it. I decided to finally take it out of the box and give it a try. The instructions could be better! After figuring it out and getting together a bit, I stuck the probe in and started monitoring the temperature. It works! I see where this would be a very handy tool, but I'm not sure it will be of any use to me.
