I ordered this to prevent objects from falling out the rear of my 2016 Yukon when I open the tailgate. The factory product (GMC) costs me $50. Couldn't resist the price. It came in a few days, the usual USPS. Well packaged (supplied in a plastic bag with a lock for storage). Comes with installation hardware if your car doesn't have hooks. mine does. Only had to insert the hooks into the net, which is a bit fiddly as you have to pull the whole net through 4 loops (that's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5). I was going to install it in the back of my car and that's when I realized the dimensions weren't what I should have ordered. The length (side to side) is great. The problem is the height. It is too high so there will be gaps during installation. I need something about 8 inches tall. This one is 17.5 inches high, the height of a truck tailgate. I suppose. Guilty. I had to measure. However, I threaded the bottom hooks through a couple of holes in the mesh to tighten it and it worked. I have a small slide in my car and I will keep it in an envelope so nothing rolls out underneath. Still think it's worth $$! Exactly the same quality as a $50 (and worn) GMC.
