I bought this for a Samsung Galaxy A11 and it was clearly not the right size for this type of phone. Placed on the phone with the top edge as a guide leaving 8mm of unprotected space at the bottom. I left the phone in the pocket of a regularly used backpack for a month, and by the end of the month I could see thin cracks in the corner that gradually widened to a larger crack at the top. In the end, only the glass broke and the phone was unharmed, but the compressive force on the glass wasn't excessive. In general, glass can be nice to look at and it's not a dust magnet like plastic, but I can understand why the three are usually bought together.
