I fell in love with this suitcase the moment I saw it! I have a set of 132 Prismacolor pencils so I decided to try a "just to see" case. ok, i'll order two more. so I can organize my gel pens too! I put 3 pencils in one slot and can put 2 gel pens in each slot. Inserting the pins was a bit tight, but you have to insert two pins into the slot and slide a third pin between the first two. and they slide right in. I slide them out from the bottom and then put them back in as described above. It's so nice to see all the pencils sorted by color instead of rummaging around in a pencil jar. I have a set of 100 gel pens and am looking forward to organizing them too. Update - March: I've been using this case for a few months now and still love it. The pens slide a little easier now, but still hold very firmly. In fact, I ordered two extra cases for my gel pens and other miscellaneous pens. Also suitable for gel pens.
