I just love this punch. Ever since I looked at edge punches I've always wanted this one. The embossing pattern is as shown in the picture. However, I have found that it punches through card stock much better than regular printing paper. One of the advantages of this particular template is that most of the embossed parts can be reused. Scrolls and heart cutouts can be used to highlight other craft projects. Love the locking mechanism and its sleek design, a much better and sleeker design than the Fiskars hole punch I bought with it. Do not hesitate to buy this product, I guarantee you will love it.
