I finally found the perfect bag that can use the cold part for lunch and the rest as a handbag/patient care supplies. It's the perfect solution for carrying over the shoulder so we can roll around my roller bag full of gear when we travel to the nursing home, or use it as an everyday bag when I don't have time to change into an actual handbag. I love it. Many different compartments for glasses, wallet and mobile phone. Three separate zipped compartments and shoulder straps are durable and won't pinch your neck or add weight when slung over your shoulders. I highly recommend it!
