Works well, delivery is slow

The product works but it took months to arrive where we ordered it twice based on Amazon's claim that it would be delivered within the allotted days. I'm not sure if we've ever received a refund, but make sure it's the buyer's responsibility.

Pros

Powerful 7-tube condenser (up to 5kW) and 7-tube dephlegmator. The condenser nozzle has a vent hole ("inversion") for a smooth flow of distillate. AISI 304 stainless steel.
