Review on ☕ Nespresso Vertuo Plus Grey Coffee and Espresso Maker by De'Longhi by Matthew Allen

Bought at full price in March, broke in July. Coffee started pouring out of the machine. It is not used even daily and broke within a few weeks. After contacting Nespresso for a repair, it took a full week to get the padded repair box to send in for warranty repair and then another two weeks to get it back, only to have the same problem again a few weeks later occurred. Once again I have to send in an obviously defective item instead of getting a replacement. At the moment I'm just fixing it to use up the remaining capsules and then I'll probably find another more reliable product.
